LED Adopting Japanese Nichia production classification standard, antistatic >5000V, high temperature resistant >350 º C. Gold wire and epoxy resin glue is from Taiwan's top company (anti-ultraviolet ray, expansion & withdraw resisting); Copper brackets are special for LED display; LED chips with high brightness (>10000cd/㎡) Connectors Gold-plated connectors, phosphor cooper material, 100% pass through salt spray PH tests, not easy to be oxidized and corroded. Connectors can be at least inserted and plugged by 100 times. The life of resisting climate is over 10 years. Control System We introduce the most advanced international 16bit (65536 levels) gray scale control technology. The gray scale correction technology is integrated into the chip of the drive board. The colors can reach 281.5 trillion species. The scan rate is up to 2000HZ. The contrast is up to 64000:1, and with virtual pixel display technology, the full color display is colorful, stable and reliable. PCB We use high quality PCB with UL certification, the thickness of the copper is over one ounce (normal ones are less than 0.5 ounce). Modules must pass 24 hours high temperature aging and display cabinets must have 72 hours aging and strict waterproof vibration tests. The shell and cover is made of PC material from Germany Bell Co. Our factory control the LED technology, lead-free reflow soldering technology and shell sets in shape technology. These PCBs are fire prevention, anti-ultraviolet, aging resisting, which ensure the stability and reliability of the display.
