Power supply system
For the LED display whose power consumption is over 10KW, power boxes are needed. According to the requirements, we can choose two kinds of power boxes: long-distance control power box and PLC control power box. PLC control power box is more intelligentized, because it can control the switch of the display, air condition, wind machine. Besides, it can supervise temperature, fire, and brightness of the screen, and there will be alerting information if there is any abnormal situation happens. It is advised that using PLC control power box for outdoor LED displays because of the bad environment. It is workable without using PLC control power box for indoor displays since the environment is preferable and space is limited.
Long-distance communication
When the communication distance is less than 1.2 km, we can install a pair of RS422/RS232 communicative modules in the communication line. If the communication distance is several kilometers or even tens of kilometers, optical fiber communication should be applied, and the communicative modules of PLC and both sides of computers should also be converted into commutators.

Power Supply Supervision
In order to reduce the impact of high-power LED display to electricity net when starting up, the power supply of the screen will be electrified in delay by several steps, and the electrifying alerting indicator lights of each power supply will be shown in the trouble alerting box of PLC controlling board.
Temperature Supervision
Computer supervision interface can indicate the real time temperature of the screen. Under automatic condition, when the inside temperature is over 65°, the supervision interface will indicate a hyperthermia, at the same time, the computer will make alerting sound and the system will cut of electricity automatically in case of fire disaster.
Fire Protection Supervision
There are several smog detectors installed in display screen. The relevant information will be indicated on the computer supervision control interface and the system will cut off the electricity automatically, if there is fire hazard inside.
