   As the important manufacturing base of LED display in the world, China has a lot of factories but there is huge difference between these prices. Actually the decisive factors of the prices are up to the materials each factory has used. Please find the details as follows:
1. Using different materials of diode core: better quality will have high brightness, little brightness attenuation, long life span and good color uniformity, slightly higher cost.
2.Connector or plug: high quality connector will allow high frequency of inserting and plugging, and it is good to long time maintenance of LED display. The cost is higher than inferior ones.
3.Control system: high quality control system will make the LED display have higher refreshing frequency, gray scale and contrast ratio, and more convenient software operation.As a major commodity, the quality stability of LED display and life span is vital. Cheap and inferior products will only bring endless maintenance difficulties and increase the heavy burden of after-sales service to the manufacturers.

Installation and after-sales service of LED display
1. During the producing process, we try to simplify the structure in order to install conveniently while we also provide frameworks to customers for reference. Our quotations don’t include installation cost unless stipulated in the purchase contract.
2.The period of quality assurance for LED display with different specifications is around 1-3 years. Within this period, all the damaged parts which are not caused by improper operation can be replaced for free. But customers need to send back the damaged parts to our factory by freight collect. We will prepare the new parts and send to customers within two days after receiving the damaged parts.
